Works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. Helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales. Their duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics, and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.
