RETURN POLICY


LVNA by Drake Dustin may only replace purchased items when there are non-apparent imperfections and non-apparent defects in the items delivered that are not caused by the buyer’s negligence or not due to normal wear and tear. 


In case you have received an item with non-apparent imperfections or non-apparent defects, you have five (5) days after receiving your item to request for a return and replacement. We will not accept any requests for a return and replacement made beyond the five (5) day period. We endeavor to replace the item once we have accepted your request and have received the returned item in good condition. 



The following are NOT considered imperfections or defects: (a) natural flaws in diamonds and gemstones such as (i) pinpoints and clouds; (ii) crystal, needle, knot or dark crystal; (iii) feather or cleavage; (iv) internal grain lines or twinning wisps; (v) indented natural; (vi) cavity; or (vii) chip, etc. ; (b) tarnishes and scratches appearing on gold metal. We will not accept a return if the request is based on the item containing any of the foregoing.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You shall be required to submit to us your receipt or proof of purchase. 


To start a return, you can contact us at info@lunabydrakedustin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY


Please inspect your ordered item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 


Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of items purchased on sale, gift cards, or items returned on the basis of a change of mind.


REFUNDS 


Refund of your purchase will only be allowed if replacement of your item is not possible. 


If your return has been accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if replacement is not possible. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
