The setting of the wedding in Quiapo, a historic district in Manila known for its vibrant street life, rich cultural heritage, and the home of faith for the devotees of the renowned religious figure in the Philippines, the Black Nazarene provided not only a captivating backdrop for the celebration of love and oneness but also a meaningful place for Angeline and Nonrev to become as one as both devotees who have offered their faith in this church to find someone who can spend their lives with, forever.
“Sa simbahang ito, ako’y humihingi sa Mahal na Poong Nazareno na sana’y ibigay niya sa ‘kin ang lalaking makakasama ko habambuhay. After four years, nandito tayo ngayon. Hindi naging madali ang umpisa natin, pero hindi tayo bumitaw sa isa’t isa,” Angeline as she announce her thoughtful and heartfelt vow, “Nonrev, ikaw ang musika at awit ko…Mahal na mahal kita.”
