Decked in the most beautiful ensemble by Mark Bumgarner, Kylie Verzosa made a spectacular impression on guests and viewers alike with her appearance at the Vogue Philippines Anniversary Gala. Adorned in LVNA Signatures Colombian Emerald Diamond Earrings and styled overall by Perry Tabora, her creative director, @earlsemitara, created the most breathtaking vision, posing Kylie in her white and black getup—accentuating her best features as one of the femme fatales of the evening.

With shoulders graced in a white bow, and the rest of her figure decorated in sleek black, Kylie wore LVNA’s most piercing jewelry piece on her earlobes, with an updo to underscore LVNA’s gorgeous adornments. Her hair was perfected by celebrity stylist Renz Pangilinan, and her makeup was done beautifully by Jaja Pangilinan for the once-in-a-lifetime event. LVNA’s most luxuriant earrings shone—fanned out on her earlobes to exquisitely frame her face in colors of white gold and green emerald. It was the perfect vision of opulence.

With a theme of “Refresh and Rewear,” Kylie’s look was clearly inspired by an updated, pieced-together innovation. Where tradition meets the future, the Vogue Gala was an opportunity to impress. Located at Shangri-La The Fort, guests were limited to black and white, and there was a transpicuous emphasis on texture and silhouette—made apparent by celebrities as well as their designers and stylists.

The night was all about flourishing. Whereas Vogue Philippines has experienced its hurdles along the way, what with being a burgeoning publication in the storm of multitudes of magazines that grace the racks of Philippine stores—the evening held was a clear indication of its triumph. The lavish event was decked with sensory experiences: from the sight, smell, and sound creatively directed by Vince Uy and designed by Cyndi Fernandez, as well as the master-chefs Margarita Forés, Joris Rycken, and Carlos Huerta—and it was an evening of luxury for all. Whereas the publication struggled to achieve its success—albeit elegantly—Vogue Philippines, its contributors, and its beloved readers in the form of renowned celebrities such as Kylie Verzosa, graced the black carpet—giving a nod to all its beaten challenges and its eventual victories as a new publication in the Philippines that has had its share of struggle.

Two floors of opulent beauty were envisioned by one and all at the Shangri-La, and Kylie Verzosa remains a paragon of delicacy and merit—as Miss International 2016, and a sustained enchantress of Filipinos and the world alike. She, along with Vogue Philippines and its contributors, has remained a dazzling star among the multitudes of celebrities who graced the black carpet on this extraordinary evening—impressing everyone with a transparent conceptualization of what it means to be strong, resilient, and beautiful.
