Dressed in various pieces from LVNA by Drake Dustin, Jillian embodied glamor and flair in her scintillating gown of luminescent blue and silver, designed by Mak Tumang, with a translucent white train with sparkles. Flaunting her natural curves, Jillian arrived at the GMA Gala Night with what anyone would call datíng—with flattering panache.

Donning a bright red lip and glamorous makeup done by Eyze Beauty, Jillian has always been in the spotlight from a young age. Born on February 23, 2005, Jillian is the perfect Gen-Z figure. Having starred as the popular Daldalita in its namesake show of 2011, she was Little Miss Philippines and appeared in commercials for Promil, a popular milk brand. Half-American and half-Filipino by blood, this explains her stunning maturation into our “crush ng bayan.”

As a child, she had hoped to become the next Shamcey Supsup—an absolute beauty queen, and she possesses all the unique qualities of a budding star. As a younger girl, for instance, she practiced singing in front of the mirror and absolutely loves to sing. She aspired to become a celebrity “as her birthday gift,” but given her angelic beauty, it has never been a far stretch to the top. However, popularity aside, Jillian prefers to put family first.

Furthermore, she holds big dreams, and they are truly coming true. For her eighteenth birthday, she donned an expensive Mak Tumang gown and was the star of a grand debut party with over 800 guests, on February 25 of this year, in Okada Manila. However, her dreams are well-deserved. She received a diploma and first-honor certificate from Homeschool of Asia Pacific, which is an affiliate of Sanston Academy, based in the United States, and she quotes Full Metal Alchemist with her caption: “A lesson without pain is meaningless. That’s because no one can gain without sacrificing something—but by enduring that pain and overcoming it, you shall obtain a powerful, unmatched heart.”

Indeed, she has the heart of gold which GMA embodies in its celebrity stars. Of her co-stars in Prima Donnas, for instance, she states, “I don’t see them as competition. We all have our own different strengths.” GMA Network has provided the catalyst for many budding stars to shine, and at this year’s colossal event, Jillian Ward and many other celebrities were given the opportunity to #StayBrilliant. As a fan of singing, she definitely loved the performances by many famous acts, among them those by Sparkle artists Thea Astley, Rita Daniela, and Timmy Albert, as well as those by Sparkle Teens Selina Griffin, Princess Aliyah, and Gaea Mischa.

Jillian describes herself as a very emotional person, and it is clear that the GMA Gala Night was her great night to remember. Styled by Van Mercado, captured stunningly by Jeff A. Sto. Tomas, and revealing her natural height in Shoepatos custom-made shoes, Jillian’s beauty shone glitteringly in the perfect debutante attire. It is no wonder why Jillian is the next queen of show business, given her current success.
